Thomas Joseph Letting, Management & Maintenance is owned and run by
Janine Lloyd-Jones and John Holley.

Janine, a Rent Smart Wales certified landlord, has over 25 years letting’s management experience, and has worked for a number of national lettings agencies.


John, a property developer, has over 30 years experience in the building trade, refurbishing and renovating properties and running successful businesses.

Together with their associates, they make a trustworthy and reliable team – providing as excellent a service as they would expect themselves.
